Subterranean termites do over $5 billion in structural damage to homes and businesses each year. Every untreated wooden structure in North America is under constant threat from a variety of termite species.

Four Seasons Pest Control offers two primary methods of treatment. They are the Sentricon System Solution® and liquid termite treatments.

Sentricon System Solution®

The Sentricon® System with Always Active™ technology is the number one brand in termite control. The Sentricon System, the first and most successful termite baiting system, uses a unique cellulose matrix inserted into strategically placed, in-ground bait stations. Termites feed on the Recruit® termite bait, share it, and the colony dies.

It's that simple.

The effectiveness of the Sentricon System at eliminating termite colonies is supported through independent research at 30 universities, 70 published scientific articles, and by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Four Seasons Pest Control employs a Certified Sentricon Specialist to design, monitor and treat homes and businesses against termites. Our specialist ensures the system is well placed and will protect the home or business.

Sentricon does not soak the soil around your home or business with chemicals, making the yard safer for young children. Sentricon is the first and only termite product to be awarded the Presidential Green Chemistry Award by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Liquid Termite Treatments

Four Seasons Pest Control offers liquid termite treatments. A liquid treatment is basically a chemical barrier in the soil to protect the structure's foundation from subterranean termites. This is done by trenching and rodding chemical into the soil along the foundation. Treatment under slabs adjoining homes is done by drilling holes into the slab to allow for the chemical treatment. Holes are then sealed.

Four Seasons uses liquid termite treatments to stop a termite colony that has already penetrated into a home or structure. The treatments help block a colony's access to water, which kills the colony.
